I forgot my password. How do I set a new one?

If you are a host or managing hotel business, or a traveller or member of the community and you logged in;
Tap to the profile image on header > click on setting > insert your current password and set a new password. You are all set; log in again using a new credential. 

You forgot your password but remembered your registered email id. 

Go to the Hotel Login Extranet or Traveller/community Login page. Under the login button, you will see the option ‘Forgot password. Click on that and input your registered email id. A link will send to the registered email id. Please check your email inbox/other folder and go to the link, and you’ll get the option to reset your password. Once the new password has been set, you can log in to your account using the new password.


To reset the password, if you are trying with the registered email id but getting no emails and no notification, please get in touch with our help desk or initiate a live chat or email us at support@mytravaly.com
