Who is eligible to create or become a host?
You can create a hotel business or a hosting account if you meet one of the following criteria:
- You are the owner of any property suitable for hosting guests, including hotels, home-stays, villas, cottages, motels, camps, BnBs, resorts, service apartments, hotel apartments, boat houses, heritage homes, treehouses, holiday homes, hostels, vacation rentals, guest houses, lodges, co-living spaces, paying guest accommodations, or any other facility that can accommodate guests.
- You operate a business or venture that offers suitable and hygienic overnight stays in exchange for payment, with or without food included.
- You are a hospitality professional working at a property or business that provides overnight stays for guests.
